Charter of Involvement
What is the Charter of Involvement? All the Study Centres across Northamptonshire are currently working toward the Bronze Level Active Involvement Charter Mark. The strategy has been developed by SAIG for Children, Young People and Families to promote the meaningful engagement and active involvement of children and young people in developing services across Northamptonshire.
What does this mean? This means that we want YOU to become actively involved in decision making at our centre. By working toward and obtaining this award we hope to include all young people that use our service in the decision making. We hope to do this by demonstrating your influence in the seven categories of shared values, strategies, structures, systems, staff, skills and knowledge and style of leadership.
Get Involved! Are you a young person that has been involved with the Cobblers Study Centre? If so help us to update our mission statement! Our mission statement is a brief statement about the purpose of our study centre. Let us know what things were important to you when visiting the centre? Did you feel safe? Were the members of staff friendly? What could be improved? Comment on the website, our Cobblers Study Facebook Group or e-mail us at cobblers@studycentres.northants.sch.uk .
