Just as the Northampton Town players returned to Sixfields to commence their pre-season training, the summer term at the Cobblers Study Centre has drawn to a close.  On the 7th July a Presentation Evening was held in the main stadium to celebrate the successes of our Kic.In2.Study and Playing for Success groups from Kings Heath, Whitehills, Green Oaks and All Saints Primary Schools.

Centre Manager Jean Limpitlaw opened the event and welcomed the latest Cobblers signings Craig Hinton and Dean Beckwith who presented Certificates of Achievement and goody bags to all the youngsters at the event.  As well as meeting and having photos taken with Craig and Dean, the pupils were lucky to meet club mascot Clarence the Dragon who ensured that all guests were kept entertained throughout the evening.

Over the term all of our groups have been working hard in return for points toward the Cobblers Champions League, the winners from each school were awarded with medals for their efforts.

Staff at the Study Centre will be keeping busy with projects over the Summer but are already looking forward to kicking off the new Playing for Success term in September.
