On Wednesday 13th May the Cobblers Study Centre held its official Open Day at Sixfields Stadium.  A presentation was held in the Players Lounge along with a tour of all the facilities on offer.  A large number of children from schools across Northamptonshire were also at work in the Study Centre.

What the children thought:

“It is Open Day, we were set a challenge to do some orienteering in the stadium.  We had ten questions and  the answers of the of the questions led to a chair in the stadium.  The clue we found was a letter from the alphabet and it made an anagram.  Next we made comic strips about our time at the study centre, it was fun!”

“I have had a lot of fun at the Cobblers especially with my friends.  My school is Upton Meadows and we came to  the Study Centre with St. Lukes and more schools.  We did loads of challenges for the Study Centre Open Day.  I have had a great time today, we ran around the stadium with Margaret and made comic strips about our time at the Study Centre with Jaimie.  It was fantastic!”
