In the last session before the summer holidays, the Gateway afternoon group experimented with different styes of media to advertise, promote and give their own personal opinions on the the London 2012 Olympic Games. Kieran created a poster about fencing and its history using ComicLife and information he found on the internet (which can be seen below), whilst Sean created a handmade A3 poster advertising the swimming at the games. Of course not everyone has a positive outlook of the games, as Connor used Garageband to create a short Podcast with music, giving his own personal opinion of the games and the negative impact he thinks it may have.
